The end total cost was less than what was estimated for me, and several more things were also serviced not originally known about that were under warranty that also got done within the stated time frame. More things got repaired that I expected and it was cheaper. What customer wouldn't be happy. Thanks !
I used to have a Chevy. I was not impressed by their service. They were always behind schedule.. Your Service Department was on time, polite and customer oriented. I like being treated as a valued customer!.
We were very pleased and impressed with the entire service experience at Dorschel Kia. The circumstances of our needed repair were unusual, but all our needs were met. Brent, and everyone else we have dealt with there have been sympathetic, helpful, and efficient. As we waited, we had lunch from the cafeteria at the dealership; our granddaughter was able to do homework in the comfortable lounge; and Brent arranged for our loaner. We have discussed it at home, and honestly can't think of anything that could have been done any better! :)
I went in due to right headlight being out - without an appointment.. Fortunately a bay was open and headlight and one wiper blade were replaced. Other items were checked i.e. wear on tires, brakes, fluids.etc. Car was finished at the time that I was told. VERY IMPRESSIVE!🤗

I felt well taken care of from start to finish.
Dalton did a great job keeping me informed and making sure my car was done on time
They took us in right away. I had an oil change done and they were very thorough with their work. The waiting room was excellent. They estimated the time between an hour and 15 minutes. They were done within a half an hour.
This was my first experience at Dorschel Kia for regular maintenance. My technician Devan greeted me immediately after I pulled in and kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle the entire time I was there. He did an excellent job getting my vehicle serviced efficiently. The entire experience was very pleasant, and the car wash was a great bonus! I will definitely be back again.

I always enjoy going to Dorschel Kia. The KIA service reps and customer service team are excellent. I will continue getting my new vehicles at Dorschel Kia and no other dealer compares to them. I also purchased lunch at their snack bar and enjoyed waiting for my vehicle. Everyone who works there is polite and kind. We always feel welcomed and enjoy saying hi to everyone.
