We had an excellent experience buying our 2025 Telluride with Chelsea. Not only was it the best price of the few dealerships we stopped in to but there was zero pressure. Chelsea was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and transparent. Other dealers told us we couldn’t get the color we wanted and just tried to push us toward what they had. Chelsea from the beginning said there was no reason to settle and she would find our color combination. Not only did she deliver on that promise but she even secured our “wish list” item of a factory tow hitch. She also worked to get the vehicle in quickly so we could have it for a trip we were taking, staying late on a Monday so we could head out of town with our new vehicle Tuesday morning. Her genuine care and dedication is clear, as well as her belief in the product! That was really comforting and made the whole process stress free.
